overall it was a great stay. easy base for trip in bad pyrmont.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this

Breakfast options were fantastic with fresh juices available to make, while the staff's keen attention to detail made for a relaxing atmosphere, particularly by the pool and sauna.

WiFi was absent in my room , and checkout was frustrating as unclear charges emerged, highlighting some operational inefficiencies that detracted from the stay.

Steigenberger Hotels has a great reputation in my memory. The one in Bad Pyrmont was disappointing. Staff was super nice and helpful but the room was poorly equipped. A 5 Star hotel? It didn't have hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. The towels were thin, the one and only pillow we slept on was worn down, didn't have enough support. The cheap plastic chairs on the balcony reminded me of Motel 6. Wouldn't stay there again for the price.

The hotel was ideally situated within the town of Bad Pyrmont and gave good access to other surrounding locations. The hotel was clean, fit for purpose and well presented overall. The best feature if the hotel was it's buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to my expectations. The room did not have air conditioning or ironing facilities and the towels were of poor quality. Whilst the hotel did provide ironing services there was a charge. There was no complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room and any small extras you would expect from a 5* establishment again incurred a charge. There are many other hotels and Bad Pyrmont that offer similar facilities for a fraction of the price. As a well travelled individual I feel the hotel has a lot of improvements to make if it is to live up to it's rating. I felt the hotel deserved no more than a 4* rating based on service quality and access to services. Disappointed to say the least.

We enjoyed engaging activities like yoga and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. The wellness services were excellent, enhancing our experience. We also appreciated the friendly staff.

In my wife's opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

The conversation with the receptionist set a positive tone for my stay! The breakfast choices were really good, with plenty of options like homemade fresh juices. The peaceful garden view from my room added to the relaxation of my vacays.

While I enjoyed my stay, some indoor activities were unavailable during the rain.

We cherished the extensive spa services and the tranquil atmosphere that allowed us to unwind as a family. The breakfast offerings were good with fresh juice options. The hotel's ideal location near parks allowed for enjoyable family walks.

Some minor noise from nearby building work could occasionally be heard, disrupting the peaceful ambiance.

The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to assist us, even with our imperfect German. The spa facilities were relaxing.

While the overall experience was great, a bit more variety in the bar offerings could enhance the stay even further.

The breakfast alone was a feast of fresh fruit and vegetable juices that I could. Plus, the extensive spa facilities with multiple saunas allowed me to unwind in blissful serenity.

I absolutely loved the breakfast with fresh orange juice and a great variety of options! The location is lovely, but the WiFi in the room was missing. a nice stay! 😊

The breakfast spread impressed me, especially the fresh juice options that really kicked off my mornings. The location next to the Kurpark offered beautiful views and pleasant walks. The room was spacious, awesome for a comfortable stay. It did feel a bit dated in its decor. Staff at the reception were helpful, but one young man was a bit unapproachable when I requested a taxi. WiFi was unreliable, as it only worked well in public spaces, leaving me disconnected in my room. I'll be back hoping for a more consistently pleasant stay next time.

Tranquil Stay Exceeding Expectations

Had a good escape for two nights! The breakfast spread included fresh juices, all to start your day with energy. Enjoyed a spacious Beautiful Room, especially with the balcony views. Remember to ask for quieter rooms away from street noise to enhance relaxation.

The breakfast options impressed us. Their homemade fresh juices were a highlight. Unfortunately, the pool area had limited access to indoor activities during rainy weather. We tried mini golf nearby, fun. The spa facilities offered a good variety but could use more attention to cleanliness. A pleasant stay, but some areas need improvement.
